Cagway Health & Wellness retains your medical record on a HIPPA-compliant platform. Your information is confidential and we do not release or share without your written consent with a few exceptions where mandated by the law.



If you are unable to attend an appointment, please notify our office 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee as we will not be able to use this time for another patient. Insurance companies DO NOT cover missed appointment fees. Patients are responsible for the payment.


Legal Services

Cagway Health & Wellness does not provide court evaluations or court testimony. It is your responsibility to inform our office in advance if you have an open case that may be impacted by your mental health treatment. Since we are not a forensic office, we do not provide legal opinions, evaluations, or child custody testimonials.



Please noted that we are paneled with several insurances including United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, and BlueCross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for medication assessment and management. Patients with out-of-network insurance are welcome to our office BUT out-of-pocket payment will be required at the time of service. A superbill may be requested to process a refund with your out-of-network insurance carrier.Coaching, Therapy, and Botulinum services ARE NOT covered by your insurance. Cash payment will be required prior to the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
